Introduction

I visited US west coast and Mexico with a friend of mine in October-Noveber 2005 and decided to write a trip report of our journey. Originally the plan was only to make a short business trip to US, but as I had some unused summer holidays and Toni was also in need of vacation, trip finally become over two-week adventure.

We did some arrangements beforehand in Finland: made a rough travelling plan, rent hotels, car and bought tickets to NHL game. In that sense it was easier to go to US and just get yourself from place A to B on time.

We started our trip from Los Angeles where we stayed eight days. From LA we went to Mexico (Tijuana) for a couple of days, then to Las Vegas and finally to Palm Springs.

These pages are here to tell some details of our trip and maybe to give you some ideas what to do in US west coast.
